We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff provided very nice service and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The room, especially thesuper clean and cozy bed, was cozy and perfect for a short stay. The modern bathroom fixtures were a nice touch, and we enjoyed the lovely view of the TV tower. The location was ideal as it was close to transportation, with easy access to Alexanderplatz station, the airports, and the vibrant evening scene in the area. The breakfast was tasty and offered a wide variety of options. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, our satisfaction.

This hotel is ideally located near the train station and directly in the city centre, making it easy to explore all the vibrant neighborhoods and attractions. The staff here are friendly and helpful, even allowing an early check-in and room upgrade. The rooms, although a bit small with limited storage space, are clean and comfortable, with a queen-size bed and two pillows, which is a rarity in European hotels. Breakfast is included and while there may not be hot food options, the boiled eggs are a nice touch.

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated next door to a vibrant cafe in a bustling neighborhood. It is also conveniently close to the train station and shopping malls. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the view from the room was pleasant.
The waiting time for the elevators was a bit long.

I loved having access to wifi in the OneLounge, allowing me to relax in the hotel garden with a gin and tonic while still staying connected. The addition of special ice creams in the OneLounge was a good treat. The comfortable bed and the warm welcome from the check-in staff member made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Berlin.
